I was introduced to Nutella years ago in France and now it’s become rather commonplace here in the States. Nutella is a chocolate, hazelnut spread. I wonder who the genius was who came up with Nutella. What a concept - spread-on chocolate! It has become a breakfast staple of mine. I like it on toast with peanut butter. The makers may want to refer to is as the chocolately spread that makes peanut butter palatable. Costco sells Nutella in a two pack at a pretty nice price but you can get it at Amazon in a 5 pack for $19 bucks. That’s more than a half gallon of Nutella for the price of a few cups of coffee. Heck, scoop it into a mug and microwave it a bit and just drink it like coffee. Add $6 worth of peanut butter or coffee and have it all shipped for gratis. It doesn’t get much better than this. |
