"The people who run Michoacana are crooks and bad when it comes to dealing with the customer. It is the worst place that I have seen, bad service, and dirty. It's a place where one gets nothing in return for his/her money. They respond with "De Concerto" and won't give a refund, only to say that they have nothing to see, after that they still sell to the customer (ok, I had some trouble with that last line). But it bothers me that they offer "concerto" and don't honor it and don't want to return my money. (What the hell is concerto - group or group meal or group discount?) They only give vague instructions as to refunds which must be done via telephone then you are instructed to meet some place to get a refund and leave you waiting for days and days. Later they called me and I spoke with a gentleman. He did not identify himself. I do not recommend this place neither for shopping and never to buy a ticket for concert artists who come to Columbus. This behavior because of these very common and commercial frauds like this "shop" as you call Michoacana Market.
