I’ve been a patron of the Japanese Oriental Restaurant for many years, and in my early visits there I discovered the secret of Bi Bim Bap. A friend and I would occasionally get a hankering for some Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap (Bi Bim Bap served in iron bowl). One evening while eating our Korean dish at the Japanese Oriental Restaurant, an older Asian lady kindly offered to tell us the story of Bi Bim Bap.
If you are looking for some traditional Bi Bim Bap or if you like it pork belly style or seafood style, you can find it at the Japanese Oriental Restaurant.
