Rotolo’s has come a long way since I frequented their establishment in Grandview. Now they have six locations. Oops, make that seven with a new location in Reynoldsburg. Not wanting to cook on Sunday night, I found my way to their Worthington location. While I love their pizza, I sometimes find it a bit on the cheesy side. So I went with their Family Pasta Sunday special: “Get your choice of spaghetti or rigatoni with our homemade sauces. Each dinner includes enough salad, rolls, and garlic break with cheese for four people for only $16.00.”
Well that sounded wonderful and I thought that I could get a few meals out of it for only $16. I had never been to Rotolo’s Worthington/Linworth location. It’s just off 161 and right before Linworth Road. It was definitely new and clean inside with stainless steel everywhere. It immediately gave me a good feeling because my first impression was that this place was tidy. They had my order ready and I picked it up and off home I returned.
Rotolo’s pasta is as good, if not better, than their pizza. Their meatballs are divine and their sauce is perfect. My only quibble was with the salad. It was just there as an extra and was not too inspired. But for dinner in a pinch on a Sunday night, Rotolo’s does it right!

Here’s my thoughts on New Taco Tao:
“I drove over here after reading about it on the web. It’s a really dirty truck with a really dirty table. Forget it. ”
On the other hand, Taquikin Taqueria y Loncheria Movil, which is actually on Morse Rd, I said:
“Went back tonight for a couple more taco pastors and an order of refried beans. And tried the roasted jalapenos. They weren’t as hot as I imagined. Also had an orange soda. Very good food. Highly recommended!”
