Located on Reed off of Henderson, this place is a must for Korean-Chinese dining - during the day, that is. The atmosphere is rather caustic in the evening with bright institutional lights and awkward dining space. The must item is their “potstickers” or “mandu” - 10 of them for 6.95. If you had any idea what goes into the preparation of this delicious filling from scratch, wrapped in wonton skin and delicately pan-fried, you would go everyday for an order. I would, if I lived closer. Columbus Monthly wrote about these some time ago in a section under the best deal for the money. The appetizer comes with a magical side dip combining soy sauce and chili oil, or chili peppers; the exact ingredients elude me, but the combination of which blends extraordinarily well with the potstickers. I believe that this is one of those things that satisfies both Asians and Westerners, alike, and recommend it highly.
