The Old Bag still sucks. I ordered their Wedge salad and halfway through there's a piece of plastic wrap in my salad staring me in the face. I told the waitress and suggested that perhaps a free drink was in order. No dice! Next time hold the plastic, Old Bag.

from luv2dine

I would say that this place appeals to heavy drinkers of hard alcohol who, regardless of their experience, will inevitably need something starchy and greasy to combat the burning sensation that the alcohol is creating in their stomach...save for the one client who was falling off her barstool (a perplexing scene amidst the otherwise pricey district of Worthington).

Anything tasty there is fried, and fairly cheap, too. I used to go there for their "fish and chips" basket for 9.99 - it was very good, but not being a beer drinker, I was very confused about the libation that should accompany their feature plate. Their wine selection is paltry, and I suspect that they are keeping their wines "fresh" in the refrigerator because they all come out very cold, even the reds. So, I found myself ordering tequilas with my dinner.

I have decided to abandon this institution altogether.

I think that Worthington should abandon that institution, as well, in addition to the pub across the street. I mean, you simply can't have gourmet cake makers who charge hundreds, minimum, for special occasion cakes, special occasion dresses that easily cost one to two grand, the last real Vi Stember floral shop, overpriced jewelers (don't go there for a deal!!), the Worthington Inn, and establishments such as specialty stationery and gift shops lining the street, and then these dirty pubs with burnt fried food- it is just an anomaly, it doesn't fit!

And with time, it might make an avid consumer wonder about the true quality and 'deals' that the other vendors on that street are offering...

Thanks for the comment but I stand by my review which was based on numerous trips to the Bag. The main post is a combination of 2 reviews which may lead to some confusion but I stand by my statement - way too much salt in their food.
